Sam has worked for I Choose Freedom for 4 years across multiple sites. She began her journey with the organisation at the 2020 refuge, which opened at the beginning of lockdown, and has truly proven her passion and dedication to empowering and safeguarding survivors of domestic abuse.

In her role as Service and Resettlement Manager, Sam supports a survivor’s journey with I Choose Freedom from start to finish.

“I wanted to work with and advocate for women and children fleeing dangerous situations. With personal experience myself, I wanted families fleeing domestic abuse to know that there is help and support out there, and that their voices will be heard.”
